Chipman Design Architecture provided architectural services to Wempe Jewelers for the renovation and expansion of their 5th Avenue, NYC store.
Spanning over 5,500 sf, CDA was able to provide phased services throughout construction in order to keep the store operable throughout the entire process. Providing full architectural services, we worked with the client to administer due diligence and code review with specificity to the New York municipality. Collaborating with corporate store design, we then performed design development in order to create a full set of coordinated construction documents. With the successful completion of the bid/permit, we were able to serve the client with full construction administration services that led to an outstanding grand opening.
