Averaging 10,000 square feet, operations combine retailing elements of a department store, drug store and salon within a single space. Chipman Design has worked with Ulta’s in-house design team on its national expansion over the past fifteen years, completing more than 600 new stores.
Providing innovative retail planning and design, the firm has refined and streamlined the processes to assure greater efficiency within the national program. The paragon of the Ulta program is the brand’s expansion into the urban market with Flagship stores on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue and two stores in Manhattan including a two-story space in Herald Square.
