As a trusted partner of Ulta Beauty for the last fourteen years, Chipman Design Architecture was asked to provide design and architectural services for the beauty giant’s Bolingbrook, Illinois corporate headquarters. With project kick-off of Phase I starting in 2016, Chipman Design is currently in Phase VIII of the project. Developing over 250,000 sf for the client, CDA has managed every aspect of the projects including consultant coordination and partnering with the GC to determine phasing of the construction to keep selected wings open and the headquarters operating throughout the construction schedule.
