This former Mini Cooper dealership was actually already a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building. Sometimes, you don't want to touch a good thing, so our modifications to the building remained minimal, though we did structurally reinforce the glass cube above the front door so a parked Tesla could comfortably fit. And, because it's Tesla, we also revised the entire service bay area to accommodate their electrical vehicle needs.
