CDA was challenged with optimizing a compact 928 square foot space in Miami's vibrant Wynwood Arts District, maintaining the client's brand identity on a modest budget while adhering to code and accessibility requirements. The goal was to creatively maximize the space, utilizing existing structures, and integrating vibrant design elements that fit within the neighborhood's design aesthetic.
Our team addressed the challenge by employing cost-effective strategies, repurposing existing systems, and incorporating a custom mirror wall to create the illusion of a larger space. Key design features, such as a vibrant yellow curtain and partial height walls, were utilized to minimize costs while enhancing the brand's identity. The resulting transformation created a space that felt more expansive and captured the lively spirit of the Wynwood Arts District.
