Golf Tower

The Ask

The 267,000 square foot, ten-story commercial building in suburban Chicago was recently put on the market, so CDA collaborated with the developer to develop over-the-top marketing tools by helping envision how a future tenant could breath new life into the building.

The Task

Through 360 panoramic views, CDA brought virtual tours of various spaces to life.  A reimagined Lobby and adjacent lounge space incorporated a modern juice bar, grab-n-go cafe as well as a solarium hangout.  In other areas of the building CDA designed and provided photo-realistic renderings of one of the corporate office spaces.  In the lower level of the building, CDA designed and assisted with creating superimposed 3D views of a yoga lounge and employee breakout space that was transferred into vinyl wallcovering and superimposed onto physical walls to really drive home the space's potential.
